Specific rules:

If you are registered permanent residence or social security, you can buy a house other than Tianfu New District.

If it is a hukou or social security in Tianfu New District, you can buy a house outside the High-tech Zone.

If it is a household registration or social security in the 1 1 area, you can buy a house except for the High-tech Zone and Tianfu New District.

At the same time, it must be satisfied that no new house has been bought since 20 16 10, and no second-hand house has been bought since 20 17. You can't buy it if you buy it.
