Can Zhejiang Province, Taizhou City and Xianju County pay social security in one lump sum?

It can be paid in one lump sum. According to Article 2 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Social Insurance Law, if an individual who participates in the basic old-age insurance for employees reaches the statutory retirement age and the accumulated payment is less than fifteen years, the payment can be extended to fifteen years. If the payment is extended for five years but less than fifteen years after the implementation of the Social Insurance Law, it can be paid in one lump sum for fifteen years.
