Therefore, in view of the landlord's situation, first, the spouse is registered in Shanghai, so you can find a unit to pay social security first, and you can apply to settle in Shanghai after five years of marriage; Second, the landlord can call the company to apply for a residence permit for talent introduction, and then pay social security. In this way, you can also apply for a transfer to a Shanghai account after 7 years.

1. You need a work unit to apply for a residence permit, and the registered capital of the unit must be above 1 10,000. Applicants must have a bachelor's degree.

2. Foreigners must have a unit to pay social security. Some units do not have a class A residence permit. If you are a city hukou, you can pay social security, but you can't guarantee future enjoyment at present. It is more reliable to apply for a class A residence permit. It doesn't matter if the provident fund arrives. There is a unit that can pay, or you can call the company to pay.

Foreigners can't pay money without a unit. If you are a freelancer, you can call your company. As for the amount, if it is paid according to the minimum base in Shanghai, including the provident fund, it will cost more than 1200 yuan per month.
