Rural household registration units in Beijing handle social security issues.

According to the current social security policy of the country, whether it is an urban hukou or a rural hukou, the social security insured by the unit is of the same nature, and there is no difference. If you pay social security 10 years in Beijing (it can be a different company), you can apply for retirement in Beijing when you reach retirement age. If the continuous payment of social security in different cities does not meet the condition of 10 year, then the social security will be transferred to the place where the household registration is located to enjoy the old-age treatment. If the accumulated payment period of social security does not reach 15 years by the retirement age, the part paid by the individual in the social security account will be returned in one lump sum and will not enjoy the monthly pension benefits.
