How to handle the social security transfer in Wujiang

The insured holds the basic old-age insurance payment certificate and medical insurance certificate issued by the social security agency where the original basic old-age insurance relationship is located;

Go to the second floor of Wujiang District Human Resources and Social Security Service Building (No.300 Kaiping Road, Wujiang District) to handle the social insurance relationship transfer procedures.

Social security relationship transfer-out process:

With the original ID card, the insured person can print the basic old-age insurance payment voucher and basic medical insurance payment voucher at Wujiang District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (No.300 Kaiping Road, Wujiang District) or the social security card self-service terminal of the human resources and social security departments of towns (districts).
