The special card account for payment includes 1 social insurance payment main account and several sub-accounts, including urban social insurance, enterprise back-pay security fund, employment security fund for the disabled and special (arbitration, audit and supervision) sub-accounts.

The difference between the special payment card account number and the card number is 100 1 (the back of the card) and the card number 955883 (the front of the card). The account number (recommended) and card number of the special payment card can be inquired, recharged and paid individually. Online banking uses account number to log in, and telephone banking uses card number to log in. Regardless of whether the special payment card has a password, the initial password is "11111",and the insured unit can modify it through ICBC counters, multimedia machines and other channels.
