Non-Beijing property buyers in Beijing need to pay social security or (personal income tax) for 5 years.

Shanghai-registered property buyers who are not registered in Shanghai need to pay personal income tax or social security for five years or more before the date of purchase, without interruption. One-time payers will not be recognized.

Non-Shenzhen residents need to pay social security for three years (37 months) in Shenzhen.

If you struggle in the north, social security payment is equivalent to clearing your accumulated personality of buying a house for many years.

2 car purchase qualification will be "cleared"

Take Beijing and Shanghai as examples:

Non-Beijing nationals in Beijing must hold a Beijing work residence permit, or a valid Beijing temporary residence permit and pay social insurance and personal income tax in Beijing for more than 5 consecutive years (inclusive); Shanghai: The prerequisite for non-Shanghai residents to participate in the license plate auction is to hold a residence permit in Shanghai and pay social insurance or personal income tax in Shanghai for three consecutive years before the application date.

Although I want to buy a car in Beijing and Shanghai, I still have to shake the number, and the winning rate is far away. However, only by paying enough social security and individual taxes can I be eligible to participate in the lottery. Interrupt social security, everything is cleared.
