According to the spirit of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Finance's Notice on Adjusting the Basic Pension for Enterprise Retirees in 20 14 years (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [20 14] No.7) and other relevant documents, with the consent of the provincial people's government, the relevant matters concerning adjusting the basic pension for enterprise retirees in 2014 years are hereby notified as follows:

I. Scope and time of adjustment

(1) General adjustment

(2) Special adjustment

On the basis of general adjustment, the following groups will be tilted:

Three. Funding distribution channel

Fourth, several requirements.

(1) Online adjustment of basic pension for enterprise retirees in 2014 years. (II) The basic pension adjustment for retirees of Daqing Oilfield Social Security Center, Social Security Bureau of Provincial Agricultural Reclamation Bureau and Social Security Bureau of Provincial Forestry Industry Bureau, which have not entered the information platform of Provincial Human Resources and Social Security Information Center, shall be adjusted by themselves under the supervision and guidance of Provincial Human Resources and Social Security Information Center and Provincial Social Security Bureau.

(3) After the online adjustment of the basic pension is completed, the Provincial Social Security Bureau will report the adjustment of the basic pension of enterprise retirees in the province to the Pension Insurance Department of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security in a timely manner before July 20 (see Annex).
