How much is the general unemployment benefit

The standard of unemployment benefit is as follows:

1. If an employee has paid unemployment insurance for one year but not more than five years, he or she can receive 1,212 yuan per month;

2. If an employee has paid unemployment insurance for five years but not more than ten years, he or she can receive 1,239 yuan per month;

3. If an employee has paid unemployment insurance for ten years but not more than fifteen years, he or she can receive 1,266 yuan per month;

4. p>4. If an employee has paid unemployment insurance for 15 years but less than 20 years, he or she will receive 1,293 yuan per month;

5. If an employee has paid unemployment insurance for more than 20 years, he or she will receive 1,321 yuan per month.

The process of receiving unemployment benefits is

1, the employer issues a certificate of separation; and informs the social insurance agency of the list of unemployed persons within fifteen days from the date of termination or dissolution of the labor relationship;

2, the unemployed person registers as unemployed with the certificate of separation;

3, submits a copy of the registration of unemployment and the personal identification to the social security department;

4, the unemployed person registers as unemployed with the certificate of separation;

5, the unemployed person pays unemployment insurance and receives 1321 yuan per month.

4. Go through the procedure of collecting unemployment insurance benefits.

Unemployment insurance every month how many days to send

1, unemployment insurance benefits every month of the month to sign, the next month before the 5th to the account;

(6) other cases stipulated by laws, regulations and rules.

Unemployed persons shall receive unemployment insurance benefits from the unemployment insurance fund if they meet the following conditions:

(1) The employer and the worker himself have paid unemployment insurance premiums for one year prior to becoming unemployed;

(ii) If the employment is interrupted not because of one's own will;

(iii) If one has registered as unemployed and has a request to find a job.

Article 50

The employer shall promptly issue a certificate of termination or dissolution of the labor relationship for the unemployed person, and inform the social insurance agency of the list of unemployed persons within fifteen days from the date of termination or dissolution of the labor relationship.

The unemployed person shall, with the certificate of termination or dissolution of labor relations issued by the employer, go to the designated public ****employment service agency to register as unemployed in a timely manner.

With the proof of unemployment registration and personal identification, the unemployed person shall go to the social insurance agency to go through the formalities for receiving unemployment insurance benefits. The period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits is calculated from the date of registering as unemployed.
