The activation of ABC social security card mobile phone can be handled in Alipay's citizen center. The specific steps are as follows:

Handle 1 in Alipay's Citizen Center, and click Citizen Center.

Open Alipay, and click Citizen Center.

On the Civic Center page, click Social Security.

3. Click on the social security card application.

Enter the page and click on the social security card application.

4. Fully activated

Finally, click online activation and activate the social security card according to the prompts.
