Legal basis:
Article 50 of the Labor Contract Law stipulates that when an employer dissolves or terminates a labor contract, it shall issue a certificate of dissolution or termination of the labor contract, and go through the formalities of transferring the relationship between files and social insurance for the employee within 15 days.
Laborers shall handle the work handover according to the agreement of both parties. If the employing unit should pay economic compensation to the workers in accordance with the relevant provisions of this law, it should pay it when the work handover is completed.
The employing unit shall keep the text of the dissolved or terminated labor contract for at least two years for future reference.
Article 19 of the Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC): (1) If an individual is employed across the overall planning area, his basic old-age insurance relationship will be transferred accordingly, and the payment period will be calculated cumulatively.

(three) the social insurance agency shall timely, completely and accurately record the personal rights and interests of participating in social insurance, the payment paid by the employer, the enjoyment of social insurance benefits, etc., and regularly send the personal rights and interests records to me free of charge;
(4) Employers and individuals can inquire and check the records of payment and social insurance benefits from social insurance agencies free of charge, and ask social insurance agencies to provide social insurance consultation and other related services.
