Do farmers have social security for land acquisition?

Not social security.

20 17 the state has established a special old-age insurance system for farmers whose land has been partially or completely expropriated. Land-lost farmers can receive a certain amount of pension every month, so that farmers have no worries when they are old.

Endowment insurance for landless peasants is another subsidy for landless peasants on the basis of the original endowment insurance.

Land-lost farmers can apply to the local government for endowment insurance for land-lost farmers with the second round of land contract, land acquisition agreement, personal ID card, household registration book, recent 2-inch color photos and the Application Form for Basic Endowment Insurance for Land-lost Farmers.

Men who have reached the age of 60 and women who have reached the age of 55 can receive old-age insurance money from the month when they lose their land, and individuals will no longer pay.

For the landless peasants aged 45-60 years old for men and 40-55 years old for women, the annual payment amount is 100-800, of which more than 50% is paid by the government, 30% by the collective, and 20% by the landless peasants.

The subsidy standards are as follows:

1. If the land is expropriated below 30% (excluding 30%), the basic pension will be increased per person per month 10 yuan;

2. If the land is expropriated by 30%-50% (including 30%), the basic pension 32 yuan will be paid to each person every month;

3.50%-70% (including 50%) of the land is expropriated, and the basic pension 64 yuan is paid to each person every month;

4. If the land is expropriated by 70% (including 70%)- 100%, the basic pension 97 yuan will be paid to each person every month; If all the land is requisitioned (i.e. 100% or more), each person will receive an additional basic pension every month 129 yuan.

note:

The following categories of people cannot participate in the endowment insurance for landless farmers.

(1) Farmers who lost their land due to illegal land acquisition are not landless farmers and cannot participate.

② Those who own their own contracted land, but rent or sublet the contracted land by themselves, do not belong to landless farmers and are not covered.

Farmers who have lost their land cannot participate in land-lost insurance if they are employed as civil servants or staff of public institutions, or enjoy basic old-age insurance for urban workers.
