4. Click "Binding Certificate" and select the medical insurance electronic certificate.

5. Click "Medical Insurance electronic certificate" and select "Medical Insurance Personal Service Inquiry".

6. Click "Balance Query" to view the account balance.

(2) Alipay inquiry.

1. Click "Card Package".

2. Click "Certificate".

3. Click "Medical Insurance electronic certificate". If not, click "Add" to add the medical insurance e-certificate.

4. After entering the password, click "Medical Insurance Balance Query".

You can see the account balance.

(3) Other inquiries.

1. Insured employees can check the balance through the telephone company.

2. Inquiries can be made in designated hospitals and pharmacies in urban areas.

2, the user login interface, enter the personal social security card insurance number and password in the text box.
