What documents do I need to apply for a citizen card for my children in Zhangjiagang?

1. Social security cards are issued to non-Hangzhou residents who have participated in basic medical insurance.

2. Citizens who meet the requirements for applying for a citizen card: they can apply for it in the lobby, business hall and service point of the citizen card center with their valid identity documents. The agent shall provide valid identity documents of both parties.

Citizens who meet the requirements for applying for social security cards: go through the application procedures in the central hall and business hall of the citizen card with the original and photocopy of their valid identity documents. The valid identification of the agent is also required when applying.
