First, the recruitment target

Yutian county registered unemployed college graduates in 2022 and long-term unemployed college graduates. College graduates from poor families, low-income families and zero-employment families are preferred.

Second, the post setting

Temporary public welfare posts are mainly developed and set up according to the needs of grassroots public employment services, public management and social services, health and epidemic prevention, etc. in urban and rural communities, and the longest service period is no more than 2 years.

The employer organizes registration.

3. The employer shall complete the organization registration and preliminary qualification examination before September 10.

Qualification examination and publicity. All employers will uniformly report the registration information to the human and social departments, and the human and social departments will investigate the employment situation through big data, including social security payment, employment filing, and industrial and commercial registration. , and the personnel information is registered in the real-name registration system registration system for unemployed college graduates who have left school. After the qualification examination, publicity shall be conducted for a period of not less than 3 working days. After the expiration of the publicity period, the information of the personnel to be recruited will be fed back to each employer.

Hire. Each employing unit shall sign an employment agreement with the temporary public welfare post personnel according to law, with a probation period of 1 month, and the probation period shall be included in the agreement period. During the service period, the employer shall pay the living allowance according to the minimum wage standard of Hebei Province for the same period, and pay the social insurance for enterprise employees according to the regulations, and the part that the individual should pay shall be deducted from the salary. Do not enjoy other welfare benefits. The service period is two years, and this agreement will automatically terminate at the expiration.
