Guangzhou Social Security Dongguan Social Security

At present, the domestic policy is to pay social security 15 years in the same region (city), and you can receive a pension locally after retirement.

Suppose you are working in Dongguan now. If the social security contributions you paid in Guangzhou and Zhuhai before are not transferred to Dongguan, then the amount and duration of your social security in Dongguan will start from zero, which is actually equivalent to the previous exemption (because you have not paid in Guangzhou and Zhuhai for 15 years, you will have no money in the future).

If you want to get a pension after retirement, pay 15 years as soon as possible. It is better to transfer all of them together.

The regulations vary from place to place. In some places, not all types of insurance can be transferred, but you still need to go to the social security bureau to ask clearly.
