I can't use my medical insurance card. What do you mean I'm not on the red list? What should I do?

Red list refers to the list of people who enjoy medical insurance benefits. There are also red lists and blacklists in the hospital. In the blacklist, the social security card cannot be settled in real time, but is on the red list.

When the social security card can't be used normally, the staff of the hospital service window will issue a notice of medical treatment with the social security card, and the medical insurance object will go to the nearest street (township) social security card service station to check the card with the notice, or go to the nearest district/county social security card service station to check and change the card. When the medical insurance card can not be used normally, it should be checked and replaced at the nearest district and county medical insurance affairs center.

When the medical insurance object encounters that the social security card or medical insurance card cannot be used normally in emergency or serious illness clinic, it can pay the medical expenses in cash first, and then go through the card replacement procedures in time. The medical expenses can be reimbursed sporadically in the medical insurance affairs centers of neighboring districts and counties within one month with the medical card damage notice stamped by the outpatient department of the hospital, the medical expense receipt and the newly issued social security card or medical insurance card.
