The steps of paying medical insurance by mobile phone are as follows:

1. Open Alipay and select more applications.

2. Select "City Service".

3. Select "Social Security Payment" for the next line.

4. Choose "medical insurance for urban and rural residents".

5. Enter the ID number of the person who needs to pay the fee (you can also enter someone else's ID number), and click Next.

6. Tick "Agree to Alipay self-service payment agreement" and click "Next".

7. Enter the mobile payment password to confirm the payment.
