Why are social security cards and medical insurance cards in a mess?

Furthermore, the social security card has an IC chip, which can expand other people's livelihood service functions. Its expansibility is much stronger than that of medical insurance card. In addition to the general social security medical functions, people can also use it to take the subway, borrow books from the library and so on, while the medical insurance card can only be used to see a doctor and buy medicine.

In addition, the social security card requires two passwords. One is the payment password of social security, which is mainly used for medical treatment, medicine purchase and reimbursement after discharge. It is understood that ordinary people can use it without a password. That's because pharmacies and hospitals run by default before you change your initial password. However, if your social security card is accidentally lost, it is easy to be stolen, so it is best to reset a password after activation. The other is to set the financial card password, and then set the payment password when you go to the bank to activate, so that you can use it like other bank cards.
