Is social security universal now?

Social security has not been popularized throughout the country. At present, social security is co-ordinated by region, and the payment standards of social security may be different from place to place. The contribution ratio of enterprises and individuals in employee social security may be different in different places. Although most regions require men to pay 25 years and women to pay 20 years, some regions will require a longer payment period, such as 30 years.

Legal objectivity:

Article 28 of the Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) conforms to the basic medical insurance drug list, diagnosis and treatment items, standards of medical service facilities and medical expenses for emergency rescue, and shall be paid from the basic medical insurance fund in accordance with state regulations.
