How to deal with it

1. On-the-job insured personnel of the unit: the unit shall go to the human resources and social security department where the medical insurance relationship is located; (If the bank card for receiving pension is opened in XX branch of China Bank, it can only be collected in this branch);

2. Personal on-the-job insurance: I hold the original ID card to the human resources and social security department where I participate in the medical insurance relationship or the card-issuing bank outlets of Luzhou New Social Security Card (five major banks that established diplomatic relations between workers and peasants, Postal Savings Bank, Luzhou Commercial Bank and credit cooperatives) to apply;

3. Retirees: retirees from government agencies and institutions are approved by the unit to apply for a new social security card; Enterprise retirees who receive pension insurance for enterprise employees shall receive it at the bank outlets where they receive pensions with the original ID card.

How to enable

Inquiry: The insured person can log on to the website of Luzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (click "Social Security Card Progress Inquiry" to inquire about the printing of his business card. If it has been made, you can check the outlets of the social security card accepting bank. At the same time, you can also call the hotline 12333 to inquire about the production of my social security card and the accepting bank.

Activation: After receiving the new social security card, the insured can go through the activation and activation procedures at any branch in the city where the social security card bank is located. If it is not activated, the medical insurance function cannot be used. (If the new social security card is not activated before 65438+February 3 1 this year, you can continue to use the medical insurance card; However, after receiving a new social security card, as long as the insured person has used it once in a hospital or pharmacy, the original medical insurance card will automatically become invalid. )

How to reissue it

If the cardholder loses his new social security card, he can dial the service hotline of the card bank to report the loss orally, and the bank will immediately stop using the card. After reporting the loss, you should also bring your original ID card or household registration certificate to the bank to go through the formalities of reporting the loss in writing, and at the same time, you can apply for a new social security card in the bank as required.
