Where is the medical insurance card activated?

The medical insurance card is activated in a designated hospital, affiliated bank or social security center. Users who use the social security card for the first time in designated hospitals can activate the function of the social security card, and at the same time bring their valid ID card and social security card to the bank where the social security card belongs to activate it, or they can bring their ID card and social security card to the local social security center to activate the medical insurance card.
