How to renew the insurance for laid-off workers

Legal analysis: After the unemployed and the employer terminate the labor contract relationship, the original employer will hand over the files to the administrative department of labor and social security in the district (county) where the unemployed are registered, and at the same time seal up the old-age insurance manual to terminate the old-age insurance relationship. There is no need to go through separate payment procedures. Unemployed people who are unable to re-find employment for various reasons shall apply to the unemployment insurance institution where their household registration is located when they meet the retirement conditions stipulated by the state during the period of unemployment. County unemployment insurance institutions are responsible for the management of labor security. The department announced the retirement procedure. After approval, the district and county endowment insurance institutions shall be responsible for issuing basic endowment insurance benefits.
