Land acquisition insurance and social insurance

Rural land-lost insurance and social endowment insurance are managed by the social insurance bureau here. The difference between the two is that: rural land-lost insurance is paid by land-expropriated agricultural household registration personnel; Social endowment insurance social insurance for various institutions, urban enterprises, individual industrial and commercial households and flexible employees.

These two insurances should be managed by the Social Insurance Bureau. The payment standard of rural land-lost insurance is lower than that of social endowment insurance, and the rural land-lost insurance is also lower than that of social endowment insurance when it is collected. Moreover, these two insurances cannot be insured at the same time, and the state will not subsidize one person twice.
