Social security card is a card with two accounts (namely, medical insurance account and debit account).

Its medical insurance account is managed by the local social security bureau and used to store personal medical insurance funds. The debit account is the deposit and withdrawal account of China Everbright Bank.

Since the social security department has not yet implemented the nationwide networking of medical insurance accounts, it is temporarily impossible to realize remote activation.

Among them, the debit account has been networked nationwide in China Everbright Bank and can be activated in different places.
