The Measures for the Collection and Payment of Social Insurance Fees in Hangzhou stipulates that the base of unit payment shall be determined according to the total wages of all employees in that month. The individual payment base is determined according to my average monthly salary in the previous year, and the individual payment base of employees who are less than one year is determined according to my first monthly salary in that year.
