Wuxi Company Social Security Account Opening Process

1. Original business license (original and photocopy, stamped with the official seal of the company)

2, the original organization code certificate (original and copy stamped with the official seal of the unit)

3, the unit bank account opening license (original and photocopy stamped with the official seal of the unit)

4, employee payroll (employee signature and official seal)

5. Copy of the insured's ID card (stamped with the official seal of the unit)

6. Copy of the ID card of the legal person and agent of the unit (stamped with the official seal of the unit).

7. Fill in the "Wuxi Workers' Participation in Social Insurance Declaration Form" and the "Wuxi Social Insurance Personnel Increase Form" (the form cannot be altered and stamped with the official seal of the unit, in duplicate).

If you have a three-in-one business license, you don't need an organization code certificate.
