Flexible employment personnel in accordance with the provisions for employment registration, to the domicile or residence street, township (town) community affairs acceptance service center to apply for insurance, by the community affairs acceptance service center on behalf of social insurance agencies for basic old-age insurance and medical insurance registration procedures, pay the basic old-age insurance and medical insurance premiums.

The base for flexible employees to pay basic pension and medical insurance premiums is 60% ~ 300% of the average monthly salary of employees in the city last year.
