Social security during probation can be normal payment

During the probation period, social security is paid as usual, after which it can be transferred out of social security to pay for themselves or to continue to pay in other units, without prejudice. Probationers can not continue to pay social security. Because as long as the insured person is sentenced to detention, imprisonment or life imprisonment, the medical insurance relationship will be terminated during the prison term, no longer enjoy the basic medical insurance benefits, do not pay medical insurance premiums, and do not cumulative calculation of the number of years of contributions.

Article 72 of the Criminal Law may pronounce a suspended sentence on a criminal who is sentenced to detention or a fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years and who also meets the following conditions, and shall pronounce a suspended sentence on those of them who are less than eighteen years of age, women who are pregnant, and those of them who have reached the age of seventy-five years: (1) the circumstances of the crime are less serious; (2) there is a manifestation of repentance; (3) there is no risk of committing a further crime; (4) a probationary sentence is pronounced (iv) the probation has no significant adverse impact on the community in which they live. Depending on the circumstances of the offense, the pronouncement of a suspended sentence may be accompanied by a prohibition on the offender engaging in specific activities, entering specific areas and places, and coming into contact with specific people during the probationary period. If an offender who has been pronounced a suspended sentence is sentenced to an additional sentence, the additional sentence must still be carried out.
