According to the "notice on the use of remote retirement system to carry out the auxiliary certification of social insurance benefits" (Shaanxi social security number. 20 157), in order to facilitate residents in different places to go through the qualification certification procedures for receiving social insurance benefits, and further improve the qualification certification efficiency for receiving social insurance benefits, it was decided that the endowment insurance agencies at all levels in the province would start the auxiliary certification information system for social insurance benefits for residents in different places (hereinafter referred to as the remote retirement system) on April 20 15. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

First, unify the object of assisting certification in different places.

In the initial stage of the remote retirement management system, the authentication object is uniformly determined as the person who receives the pension insurance benefits on a monthly basis, and the retirees who live in other provinces in the initial stage.

Second, unify the focus.

In order to ensure that the certification assistance is completed within the certification cycle, all insured units should complete the data reporting before March 1 every year, and the deadline for reporting this year is 201March 5 10.

Third, unify the format of data collection in different places.

All insured enterprises should report the data of retirees living in different places in a unified data format: information collection templates and descriptions of retirees living in different places (please click to download).
