First, the unit needs to bring the information to receive the medical insurance card:

1. Original and photocopy of People's Republic of China (PRC) General Payment Letter (issued by Local Taxation Bureau), or original and photocopy of bank receipt electronic iou;

2. unit certificate;

3. The original and photocopy of the ID card of the personnel handling the medical insurance card.
