In order to avoid crowd gathering, in 2022, the payment of basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents will be based on non-contact "handheld office", supplemented by outlets. In order to ensure the safety of payment funds, please pay the insured in the following ways, and hope that the payer will know.

(1) Payment method of ICBC (Aihui District, Nenjiang City, Sunwu County, Xunke County, Wudalianchi Scenic Area)

Method 1: scan code payment. Use ICBC mobile banking or WeChat to scan the QR code → enter the ID number and name, select "Pay Now" → enter the mobile phone number and SMS verification code to complete the payment.

Method 2: Mobile banking payment. Customers who have opened ICBC mobile banking log in to the ICBC mobile banking APP→ Select Electronic Payment → Select All in the payment items → Find Social Insurance under Insurance Protection → Select Basic Medical Insurance for Urban and Rural Residents in Heihe → Enter the ID number, name and mobile phone number of the county (city, district) according to the screen prompts → Select Next → Return the payment information to the system.

Mode 3: Pay through personal online banking. Log in to the ICBC portal, click "Personal Online Banking" and enter your login name and password. After selecting "e-payment", select "Insurance Protection" in the "All Categories" drop-down box on the right side of the city → click the "Search" button → click "Pay Now" in the listed payment items to enter the medical insurance payment screen, and select the region and enter the ID number, name and mobile phone number according to the screen prompts → select "Next" → pay the fees returned by the system.

Method 4: Pay through self-service terminal or counter. With an ICBC card, you can pay at any self-service terminal of ICBC outlets in the urban areas under your jurisdiction. Or with ID card, bank card or cash, pay at the counter of any ICBC outlet within its jurisdiction.

(II) Payment Method of China Construction Bank (wudalianchi city)

Method 1: WeChat official account payment.

1. Enter WeChat, search the official account of WeChat: Heilongjiang Tax, and click Follow.

2. After paying attention to the official WeChat account, enter the main interface of Heilongjiang tax, click on the bottom left, I want to handle the social security fee, and select the original address of the official WeChat account.

3. Choose insurance: medical insurance for urban and rural residents, choose city: wudalianchi city, and click Pay. Click Pay to enter the natural person social insurance premium collection interface, enter the ID number, name and mobile phone number accurately, and click Pay Online.

4. After online payment, jump to the social security query interface. City: select Heihe, payer: select wudalianchi city urban and rural residents' medical insurance, enter the ID number of the insured again, and click Query.

5. The system displays the payable amount, the payment amount, the name of the insured and the year of payment. After verification, click Confirm Payment, and customers can choose their own payment methods and confirm payment.

Note: If you need a receipt, please print it at the CCB counter the next day.

Method 2: Pay by STM ATM or over the counter. Self-service payment on the ATM of China Construction Bank. Or with ID card, bank card or cash, pay directly at any CCB counter within the jurisdiction.

Mode 3: Payment through Yunongtong. You can't use WeChat official account to pay. Personnel can bring their ID cards, bank cards and mobile phones to the comprehensive service points in inclusive finance and Yunongtong rural areas, and the payment will be assisted by special personnel.

(3) Payment method of rural commercial banks (Aihui District, Bei 'an City)

Method 1: Counter payment. With ID card, bank card or cash, you can pay directly at the counter of any rural commercial bank in your area.

Fourth, matters needing attention

The payment channel system of China Construction Bank used in Aihui District, Bei 'an City, Nenjiang City and Wudalianchi Scenic Area is being upgraded and tested. This channel is temporarily unavailable, and the collection time will be announced later.
