Minimum payment period of medical insurance: 1, Hangzhou payment period: both men and women must pay for 20 years; 2. Payment period in Shanghai: both men and women must pay 15 years; 3. Payment period in Guangzhou: both men and women must pay 10 year; 4. Payment years in Beijing: 25 years for men and 20 years for women; 5. Payment period in Tianjin: 20 years for women and 25 years for men.

Article 27

Individuals who participate in the basic medical insurance for employees will not pay the basic medical insurance premium after retirement and enjoy the basic medical insurance benefits in accordance with the provisions of the state if they reach the statutory retirement age and the accumulated payment has reached the fixed number of years stipulated by the state;

Those who have not reached the fixed number of years prescribed by the state may pay the fees to the fixed number of years prescribed by the state.
