Family zero employment subsidies are as follows:

4. The state encourages employers to recruit urban zero-employment family members for employment. In zero-employment families in cities and towns, if members are recruited by industries or enterprises permitted by the government and sign labor contracts of 1 year or more, they can enjoy social security subsidies for three years according to the term of the labor contract, and the post subsidy standard is determined by the local government;

5. Those who are employed in public welfare posts can enjoy post subsidies and social security subsidies for no more than 3 years according to the term of the labor contract. Social security subsidy standard, the unit is calculated according to the sum of the old-age insurance premium and unemployment insurance premium paid by the newly hired personnel, and the individual bears the part that he should pay. Urban households whose family members are all unemployed within the legal working age may apply for employment assistance from the streets and community public employment service agencies where they live. If the street and community public employment service agencies confirm that the situation is true, they should provide appropriate jobs for at least one person in the family.
