What subsidies do unemployed people have?

Family zero employment subsidies are as follows:

1, public welfare posts give priority to the employment of urban zero-employment family members, and regularly carry out assistance activities such as sending jobs, skills, policies and services to help zero-employment family members achieve employment;

2. Enjoy vocational training subsidies. Zero-employment family members within the legal age can enjoy no more than 2 vocational training subsidies on a voluntary basis;

3. Public employment agencies provide free vocational guidance and employment introduction services for zero-employment family members;

4. The state encourages employers to recruit urban zero-employment family members for employment. In zero-employment families in cities and towns, if members are recruited by industries or enterprises permitted by the government and sign labor contracts of 1 year or more, they can enjoy social security subsidies for three years according to the term of the labor contract, and the post subsidy standard is determined by the local government;

5. Those who are employed in public welfare posts can enjoy post subsidies and social security subsidies for no more than 3 years according to the term of the labor contract. Social security subsidy standard, the unit is calculated according to the sum of the old-age insurance premium and unemployment insurance premium paid by the newly hired personnel, and the individual bears the part that he should pay. The post subsidy standard is determined by the local government;

6. The government encourages zero-employment family members in cities and towns to seek jobs and start their own businesses, and their business entities (except industries restricted by policies) will be exempted from various administrative fees related to registration, licensing and management within three years from the date of approval by the administrative department for industry and commerce.

Local people's governments at or above the county level adopt various forms of employment, broaden the scope of public welfare posts, develop employment posts, and ensure that at least one family with employment needs in the city can achieve employment.

Urban households whose family members are all unemployed within the legal working age may apply for employment assistance from the streets and community public employment service agencies where they live. If the street and community public employment service agencies confirm that the situation is true, they should provide appropriate jobs for at least one person in the family.
