2. Social security card related functions run across provinces. Before the end of 20021,China will realize the inter-provincial processing of social security card application, social security function activation, replacement and temporary loss reporting.

3. The social security card is online. Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security will further open the online application and replacement of social security cards, and gradually provide services such as qualification certification for treatment in different places, application for residence in different places, settlement of medical treatment in different places, and open the personnel files of migrant workers to be forwarded to the "multi-site liaison office".

4. Determine the standard of work-related injury death allowance. According to the Regulations on Work-related Injury Insurance, if an employee dies at work, his close relatives shall receive funeral subsidies, pension for dependent relatives and one-time work-related death subsidies from the work-related injury insurance fund in accordance with regulations. Among them, the standard of one-time work death subsidy is 20 times of the per capita disposable income of urban residents in the previous year.
