Measures of Shanghai Municipality on the Administration of Administrative Law Enforcement of Housing Provident Fund

Seventh units do not apply for housing provident fund deposit registration, the city provident fund center shall be ordered to handle within a time limit; Fails to handle, shall be punished according to the following standards:

(1) If the unit has been established for less than 2 years, it will be fined 10000 yuan;

(two) the establishment time of the unit is more than 2 years but less than 5 years, and a fine of 1 10,000 yuan but less than 30,000 yuan is imposed;

(three) the establishment of the unit for more than 5 years, a fine of 30 thousand yuan and 50 thousand yuan.

Eighth units do not handle the procedures for the establishment of housing provident fund accounts for employees, and the municipal provident fund center shall order them to handle them within a time limit; Fails to handle, shall be punished according to the following standards:

(a) the unit should have no employee housing provident fund account below 100, and be fined 10000 yuan;

(two) the unit should have no employee housing provident fund account 100 to 500, and impose a fine of 10000 to 30000 yuan;

(three) units should set up more than 500 employee housing provident fund accounts, ranging from 30 thousand yuan to 50 thousand yuan fine.

Ninth units overdue payment or underpayment of housing provident fund, the city provident fund center shall be ordered to pay within a time limit; If the deposit is not made within the time limit, it may apply to the people's court for compulsory execution.
