(2) Non-resident families who own 1 set or more houses in this city are suspended from selling their houses in this city.

(3) Non-Shanghai registered families who have paid social insurance or personal income tax for 60 months within 63 months before the online signing date will be suspended from selling their houses in this city.

(4) adult singles with foreign household registration are suspended from selling their houses in this city; Foreign minors are restricted from buying.
