Maternity insurance second child reimbursement standard

The payment standard of maternity allowance for the second child is the same as that for the first child. As long as the parties comply with the family planning policy and have a birth permit, the expenses can be reimbursed, and the reimbursement standard is the same.

Legal basis:

Article 19 of the Population and Family Planning Law of the People's Republic of China may give birth to another child if it meets one of the following conditions:

(1) Both parties are only children and have given birth to one child;

(2) Both parties are rural residents (agricultural population, the same below) and have given birth to a girl, except that one party is an employee of an organ, group, institution or other organization or one party has been engaged in industry and commerce for more than one year and both parties have established labor relations with the enterprise for more than one year;

(three) both of them are rural residents, and one of them is an only child for more than two generations and has given birth to a child;

(four) both parties are rural residents, the woman's parents have only one or two daughters, the man has settled in the woman's home and supported her parents, and has given birth to a child (only applicable to one sister);

(5) Both parties are ethnic minorities and have given birth to a child;

(six) both sides are rural residents, and one of them is a minority and has more than two generations of household registration in this province, and has given birth to a child;

(seven) one party is the only child of the martyr and has given birth to a child;

(eight) one party has never given birth, and the other party has given birth to a child before remarriage;

(nine) one party has never given birth, and the other party is widowed before remarriage and has given birth to two children;

(10) Having given birth to a child and being diagnosed as a non-hereditary disability by an appraisal institution for disabled children at or above the municipal level with districts, and unable to grow into a normal labor force;
