Can I get unemployment insurance after I pay social security myself?

Individuals who pay social security and include unemployment insurance can receive unemployment insurance benefits if they meet the conditions for receiving unemployment insurance benefits.

According to Article 45 of the Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), if the unemployed meet the following conditions, they will receive unemployment insurance benefits from the unemployment insurance fund:

(a) before unemployment, the employer and I have paid unemployment insurance premiums for one year;

(two) the employment is not interrupted because of my will;

(three) registered unemployed and have job requirements.
