The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

First, the scope and quantity of selection and adjustment.

The selection targets are fresh graduates with full-time undergraduate degree or above in domestic universities in 2022 (only fresh graduates in 2022, excluding entrusted graduates, directional graduates and graduates who are studying for academic degrees on the job and applying for a second degree after graduation). The province plans to transfer 600 students (see annex 1).

Second, the selection conditions

Applicants must meet the qualifications stipulated in the Civil Service Law and the recruitment of civil servants, and meet the following conditions:

If there are illegal acts, academic misconduct and moral conduct problems during school, if the political quality is not up to standard after examination, and if the laws, regulations and relevant policies stipulate that it is not allowed to be employed as a civil servant, it shall not be selected as the object of transfer.

Third, the registration procedure.

2. Query the qualification examination results. Candidates log on to the original registration website 2 days after submitting the application to check the qualification examination results. 3. Pay online. Applicants who have passed the qualification examination shall pay online according to the online payment method before March 3, 2022 18:00. Failure to pay the fee on time is regarded as automatic waiver of the exam. If the applicant fails to complete the organization recommendation procedure, and fails to report to other positions after the application position is cancelled or fails the qualification examination, the registration fee will be refunded through the original payment channel.

(2) Organization recommendation

After passing the qualification examination, the applicant must download and print the Registration Recommendation Form for Outstanding College Graduates in Shanxi Province in 2022 (in triplicate and sign and promise), which will be recommended and sealed by the Party organization of the college (department) and then submitted to the employment guidance department of the school for review and seal, and the organization recommendation will be completed.

(3) Download and print the admission ticket

(4) Examination fee waiver.

According to relevant policies, family members of poor households, families prone to returning to poverty, urban low-income families and rural low-income families can enjoy the policy of reducing or exempting examination fees.

Applicants who apply for examination fee waiver must first pay online, log in to the registration system from 9:00 on February 2/KLOC-0 to March 3 18:00, 2022, and submit an application for waiver. The audit results will be fed back before March 12, 2022. After the application for waiver is approved, the examination fee will be refunded according to the original payment channel.

Applicants who fail to apply for online waiver and meet the waiver policy can go through the waiver procedures at the provincial and municipal personnel examination institutions before March 25, 2022. (2) Time and place of written examination

(2) Qualification examination

Before the comprehensive inspection, the qualified personnel will be re-qualified, and the specific matters will be notified separately. If the certificate (certificate) provided by the candidate is incomplete or the certificate (certificate) provided does not meet the qualification requirements of the position to be applied for, and the main information is untrue, the organ in charge of qualification examination has the right to cancel the qualification of the candidate to participate in the comprehensive inspection. Candidates who fail to participate in the qualification review within the specified time are deemed to have given up. (3) Comprehensive investigation

The comprehensive investigation is conducted by means of interview and performance evaluation, and is organized and implemented by the organization department of the municipal party Committee where the applicants are located. Time, place and other related matters will be notified separately.

After the comprehensive investigation, according to the post plan, the candidates are selected, and the physical examination and investigation candidates are determined in the order of high score to low score according to the total examination score (total examination score = written test score ×40%+ comprehensive investigation score ×60%).

The total scores of written examination, comprehensive investigation and examination shall be kept to two decimal places (the mantissa shall be rounded off). If the total scores of two or more candidates are the same, the candidates for medical examination shall be determined according to the order of written test scores from high to low; If the written test results are still the same, they shall be determined according to the administrative professional ability test results; If the results of the administrative professional ability test are still the same, the organization department of the municipal party Committee will conduct a trial interview and determine the candidates for medical examination according to the interview results.

Applicants who do not meet the requirements of civil servants or do not meet the requirements of the positions to be applied for shall not be determined as transfer personnel.

If there is a vacancy in the job candidate due to reasons such as unqualified physical examination and inspection, it will be filled in equal amount from the interviewers in the same position according to the order of the total test scores from high to low.

Seven. Publicity and employment

The Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee determines the personnel to be transferred according to the examination results, physical examination results and inspection conditions of the candidates, and reports it to the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee for review and filing, and then publishes it in the column of Shanxi Personnel Examination, and announces the telephone number for reporting and accepts social supervision. The publicity period is 5 working days. After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no problem or the problems reflected do not affect the selection, it is determined to be Selected Graduates; If the problems affecting the selection are reflected and verified, they will not be selected, the selection quota will be cancelled, and they will not be replenished; If it is difficult to verify the problems reflected at the moment, it is necessary to find out before deciding whether to choose the tune.

After the personnel to be transferred are determined, the positions shall be reasonably determined according to the examination, investigation, major studied, job requirements, personal wishes and other factors. After Selected Graduates took office, he went through the recruitment procedures for civil servants in accordance with relevant regulations. Selected Graduates, a newly hired employee, was assigned to work in township organs, undertaking the arduous task of consolidating and expanding poverty alleviation and revitalizing rural achievements. If the candidate does not obey the distribution, the number of selected places will be cancelled and will not be replenished.

1. Candidates should apply in good faith. Those who give up the inspection and later stage, and fail to bring relevant materials to report within the specified time without justifiable reasons after receiving the employment notice, will be disqualified from employment, and the organization department of the municipal party Committee will report the relevant information to the organization department of the provincial party Committee for the record. 2. The probation period for Selected Graduates is one year. Those who pass the examination after the probation period shall go through the post grading and civil servant registration procedures; If the examination fails, the employment will be cancelled.

4. The minimum service period of newly hired Selected Graduates in Jin is 5 years (including probation period), and the minimum service period in the employer is 3 years (including probation period).
