The application for social security refund is handled through Alipay's "Citizen Center" WeChat applet. The specific process is as follows:

Go through Alipay 1 and enter Alipay.

Enter the Alipay interface and click the Citizen Center.

2. Click Social Security.

Enter the Citizen Center interface and click Social Security.

3. Apply for refund of fees

Enter the social security interface and click on the refund application.

According to Article 15 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Social Insurance Law, the basic pension consists of overall pension and individual account pension. The basic pension is determined according to factors such as individual cumulative payment years, payment wages, average salary of local employees, personal account amount, average life expectancy of urban population, etc.
