Hangzhou Employment and Entrepreneurship Subsidy Policy

(1) Social security subsidies for flexible employment.

Persons with employment difficulties and college graduates who have graduated within 2 years are engaged in flexible employment in Hangzhou, registered for flexible employment and paid social insurance premiums in Hangzhou as flexible employees, and can apply for social security subsidies of 50% of the sum of the basic old-age insurance premiums and basic medical insurance premiums actually paid.

(2) Employment subsidies.

(1) Employment subsidy for college graduates of small and medium-sized enterprises

College graduates who have graduated within 2 years, and enterprises with registered address within Hangzhou 1 0,000. If the social insurance premium is paid continuously for 12 months in the same unit according to law and the wage income is lower than the average wage of employees in Hangzhou last year (based on 100% of the social insurance payment base in the same period), 2000 yuan will be given every 12 months.

(2) College graduates are employed in pension, domestic service and modern agricultural enterprises.

College graduates who work in pension, domestic service and modern agricultural enterprises within 5 years after graduation, sign a labor contract for more than 1 year and pay social insurance premiums according to law, will be given an annual employment subsidy of 1 10,000 yuan within the term of the labor contract.

(3) One-time job-seeking and entrepreneurship subsidies.

Application conditions: during the graduation school year (including graduation in 2023 and 2024), Hangzhou full-time ordinary colleges and secondary vocational schools (including technical colleges) train graduates (not limited to household registration) in a non-directional way, and meet one of the following conditions:

1, from families with minimum living security for urban and rural residents;

2. orphans;

3. Disabled persons with certificates;

4. During the study period, you have obtained a national student loan from your campus or student's place of origin;

5. From poor disabled families (marginal families in urban and rural areas and one of the parents of graduates is a certified disabled person);

Subsidy standard: the subsidy standard for job hunting and entrepreneurship is 3,000 yuan/person, which is paid in one lump sum.

(4) One-time business start-up subsidy.

Application conditions: Meet the following three conditions:

1, 20 16/February 1, college students and college graduates who graduated within 5 years set up enterprises or individual industrial and commercial households in cities and towns for the first time (including recognized online entrepreneurship, entertainment, sauna, massage, Internet cafes, oxygen bars and other industries restricted by the state);

2. Legal representative or person in charge (or partner or shareholder holding more than 30% of the shares);

3. Paying social insurance premiums as a flexible employee or its established business entity has paid social insurance premiums continuously for more than 12 months according to law;
