I. Social Security Registration

1. Bring the official seal to the bank where the account is opened, and sign the authorization letter of special entrustment for payment and receipt in the same city.

Full name of payee: Beijing Chaoyang District Social Insurance Fund Management Center

2. Go to the social security center of the district where the registration is located to register the unit.

Materials: Original and photocopy of organization code certificate.

Original and photocopy of business license of enterprise as a legal person

"Special power of attorney for the same city" and its copy.

Copy of legal person's ID card (front and back)

Fill in the Beijing Social Insurance Unit Information Registration Form (form 1) in duplicate.

Note: it is best to bring the official seal.

Second, after registration, social security will give the enterprise a social security number.

After you come back, download version 2.4.6 medical collection software from Beijing Labor and Social Security website, input company information, print the attached pages of Table 1 and Table 2, and affix the official seal.

Third, increase the number of staff.

Input the personnel information into the medical collection software, and then print Form 3 (those who have participated in social security need not print), and post a one-inch color bareheaded photo.

After entering all personnel information, select Add in Personal Change Registration, set the recycling reason, click Add, and print two forms (with official seal).

Then select "Information Provision" in "Data Exchange" and copy the generated file to the U disk.

2. Increase the four risks of employees

Fill in the form 1 1 (Increase in the number of social insurance participants) in duplicate and affix the official seal. If there are new insured persons, please fill in Table 2 (Social Insurance Personal Information Registration Form) in duplicate and affix the official seal.

4. Note: In the future, you need to go to the social security office to get an online enterprise password. Make an appointment online every time you go, usually three days in advance. You can also increase or decrease directly online without going to the counter. Just go to the social security office and get the blueprints and barcodes.
