Social security can't buy a house in Chengdu for one year. The conditions for buying a house in Chengdu are as follows:

1. Property buyers must have valid ID cards, household registration books and other identification certificates;

2. Foreign hukou, you can buy a house in Chengdu as a family unit, and you must provide social security or tax bills for three consecutive years within two years;

3. Whether it is a new house or a second-hand house, buyers with foreign accounts can only buy one set;

Social security personnel with flexible employment can buy a house, but they cannot buy social security if they are single for more than 6 months. Individuals who have paid social security for 2 years or more in a row can buy a house within 6 months, but the month of buying a house must be the social security paid by the unit.

The qualification of buying a house in Chengdu is mainly judged from two aspects: it must be settled in Chengdu for more than two years, and the company has paid social security for 24 months continuously. But social security needs to be paid by the company. Personal social security can only buy a house in one case. Individual industrial and commercial households, business licenses and personal social security have been added for more than two years in a row before they are eligible to buy a house.
