Treatment conditions:

Household registration personnel in this Municipality and non-household registration personnel who enjoy social public services such as social security in this Municipality according to law, as well as foreigners, stateless persons and personnel from Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao who are employed in this Municipality and participate in social insurance according to law.

Handling materials:

Unit application: social security card application form, unit staff roster, household registration book or ID card;
