2. Adjustment of the unemployment insurance benefit standard

From April 1, the city's 2018 maximum standard for unemployment insurance benefits has been adjusted from 1,660 yuan to 1,770 yuan, an increase of 110 yuan.

The specific adjustments are:

The standard of unemployment insurance benefit for the 1st-12th month is increased by 110 yuan/month, adjusted to 1,770 yuan/month.

The unemployment insurance benefit rate for the 13th-24th months is 80% of the unemployment insurance benefit rate for the 1st-12th months.

The standard of extended unemployment insurance benefit is 80 percent of the unemployment insurance benefit standard for the 13th-24th months.

3. Adjustment of employment subsidy standards

With the increase of the minimum wage from April 1, the city's subsidies for the living expenses of young trainees and for teaching expenses, employment subsidies for co-insurance workers, job subsidies for self-employment of older unemployed people, and job subsidies for enterprises to take on people who have difficulty in finding jobs will be adjusted accordingly.

4, raise the top line of medical insurance, increase the personal account crediting standard

April 1 this year the city's medical insurance into the 2018 medical insurance year (April 1, 2018 to March 31, 2019). Among active employees:

The standard of crediting to the individual medical account for those under 34 years old has been raised from 175 yuan to 210 yuan;

The standard of crediting to the individual medical account for those 35-44 years old has been raised from 350 yuan to 420 yuan;

The standard of crediting to the individual medical account for those 45 years old to retirement has been raised from 525 yuan to 630 yuan.

Among the retirees:

The standard for crediting the health insurance personal account for those under 74 years old was raised from 1,400 yuan to 1,680 yuan;

the standard for crediting the health insurance personal account for those over 75 years old was raised from 1,575 yuan to 1,890 yuan.

At the same time, the standard of outpatient emergency outpatient deductible section and the starting payment standard of the integrated fund for the city's employee basic medical insurance participants in the 2018 medical insurance year will not be adjusted, and will still be implemented in accordance with the standard of the 2017 medical insurance year.

5, adjust the standard of treatment related to work-related injury insurance

In accordance with the requirements of the State Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security "on the adjustment of work-related injury insurance treatment and determine the mechanism of the guiding opinions", in order to protect the basic life of the injured and work-related deaths of people's supporting relatives, the city of work-related injury insurance treatment standard adjustment.

First, the disability allowance for those who are disabled from Grade 1 to Grade 4 of work-related injuries will be adjusted on the basis of the current treatment standards: for those who are disabled in Grade 1, it will be increased by 576 yuan per month; for those who are disabled in Grade 2, it will be increased by 506 yuan per month; for those who are disabled in Grade 3, it will be increased by 472 yuan per month; and for those who are disabled in Grade 4, it will be increased by 439 yuan per month.

The adjusted minimum standard for disability allowance is 6,426 yuan/month for Grade 1 disability, 6,036 yuan/month for Grade 2 disability, 5,672 yuan/month for Grade 3 disability and 5,319 yuan/month for Grade 4 disability.

The second is the life care fee for the injured workers who can not take care of themselves, adjusted on the basis of the current entitlement standards: for those who can not take care of themselves, an increase of 316 yuan/month; for those who can not take care of themselves for the most part of their lives, an increase of 253 yuan/month; and for those who can not take care of themselves for the most part of their lives, an increase of 190 yuan/month.

Thirdly, the standard of the pension for the dependent relatives of those who died at work is increased by 94 yuan/month on the basis of the current standard of entitlement.

The above adjustments to the treatment standards related to work injury insurance will be implemented from January 1, 2018 onwards.

In addition, in conjunction with the fact that the cost of hospitalized meals at designated hospitals in the city has been rising in recent years along with the changes in consumer prices, the standard of hospitalized meal allowance for injured workers in the city was also adjusted at the same time, from 20 yuan/day to 30 yuan/day, and was implemented from April 1, 2018 onwards.
