2. Go abroad to settle down.

(1) Fill in the Application Form for Personal Account of Retirement Endowment Insurance;

(2) One original and one copy of the identity certificate of the insured;

(3) Copies of exit and settlement documents issued by the public security department, such as exit notice or exit and settlement certificate;

(4) Original and photocopy of the passbook or card account number of the insured;

(5) The agency shall also provide a copy of the agency documents and the original ID card of the agent;

(6) If there is an endowment insurance card, it shall be provided together.
