Beijing social security processing flow

The first step is to register for social insurance.

1. Information required for social security registration: business license (photocopy), organization code certificate (photocopy), original and photocopy of bank account opening license, and photocopy of enterprise ID card.

2. Fill in the "Beijing Social Insurance Unit Information Registration Form" (in duplicate). See the following example.

The second step is to apply for the unit personnel to participate in the insurance.

1. Hold the original Information Registration Form of Social Insurance Units in Beijing and a copy of the Power of Attorney for Special Entrusting Collection in Beijing.

2. Download the "Common Company Edition of Five Insurances and One Company" from the website of Chaoyang Social Security Center, and quote the information after completing the operation of inputting company and personal information in the software (the USB flash drive export file is in DAT format).

3. Forms and materials submitted by new participants: Beijing Social Insurance Personal Information Registration Form (20 forms of Beijing Social Insurance System) and Beijing Social Insurance Participants Increase Form (6 forms of Beijing Social Insurance System); Need to provide the first page of the household registration book, my page and a copy of my ID card; Two one-inch color bareheaded photos.

Form submitted by the insured: the number of social insurance participants in Beijing has increased (20 types of social insurance in Beijing)

Note: The above two forms can be printed from the software (five-in-one common unit version).

The third step is to obtain the social insurance registration certificate and password.

1. Receiving agency guarantee: After the insured units pay social insurance premiums, they will receive the original Information Registration Form of Social Insurance Units in Beijing, and a copy of the payment receipt voucher for medical care and four insurances in the last month (receipt voucher for special care in the same city) or the financial receipt of the social security center.

2. Get the password: take the original social insurance registration certificate and collect it at the registration department and the official seal window No.29.

Step four, get the medical passbook of the new unified personnel.

After three months' payment, the new medical insurance insured will take the social insurance registration certificate, the letter of introduction from the company and the original ID card of the agent to the Dongdaqiao Sub-branch of Bank of Beijing to receive the medical insurance passbook (southwest corner of the intersection of Happiness Sancun).
