Is there any discount for medical insurance card registration?

Legal analysis: no, it is inevitable to have a medical insurance card for medical treatment. Individuals who go through outpatient, emergency registration, hospitalization and other procedures in medical institutions designated by medical insurance need to show their medical insurance cards, but the registration fee is not exempted when using medical insurance cards for medical treatment.
