The introduction of talents in Beijing shall be examined and approved by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security with complete materials, and shall be completed within 30 working days from the date of acceptance.

Specific acceptance procedures and time limits for talent introduction

1. Pre-examination: The applicant submits the materials in the pre-examination stage to the enterprise service department of the district talent service center for pre-examination according to the actual situation. If the preliminary examination is unqualified, the applicant shall be returned or required to supplement the materials. Those who pass the pre-trial will be issued a business transfer letter by the transfer-out unit or filing unit of the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau outside Xiang Jing, and the files will be reviewed. 2. Preliminary examination: the applicant fills in the online information after the file arrives, and submits the materials in the preliminary examination stage to the enterprise service department of the district talent service center for preliminary examination. Those who fail in the preliminary examination shall be returned to the applicant or asked for supplementary materials, and shall be reviewed by the high-level talent service management office of the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau after passing the preliminary examination. 3. Re-examination: If the re-examination fails, the applicant shall be returned or additional materials shall be requested. After the review is passed, notify the applicant to print the Approval Form for Imported Talents and the Registration Form for Transferred Personnel. After the applicant signs and seals it, submit it to the Enterprise Service Department of the District Talent Service Center, and the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will submit it to the Beijing Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for approval.
